Titus 3:3-7
For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Thursday 2/12/2026 ——6:55am. Just woke up and started with my routine…..read my Bible, reflect and then check the weather for the day, check email, check traffic to work, maybe glance at the news. Everything seemed ok until I sat up…….the room was dark but…..I felt weird, off. I started to stand up and that’s when it hit. The room started spinning…..I could not stand, I did not have any balance, nothing. Adding to that, because of the crazy dizziness I started to get very, very intense nausea. The dizziness was not going away, I couldn’t focus my eyes, had to have my wife text my bosses and teammates letting them know the situation. After 4-5 hours nothing was getting better. We decided to setup a Teladoc appointment….while talking to the Dr. she prescribed some medicine for the dizziness and for the nausea and she mentioned that if nothing was getting better to go to the hospital right away since this could also be signs of a stroke.
